This coffeemaker has a three year warranty. It will fail in three years, as mine did, and Cuisinart will tell you to throw it out and go buy another one. No fixes.. no free parts... just "sorry, you outta luck". Expect the machine to start leaking water from a connection between the plastic water holder and the brewer, and that leak will just slowly get worse until it will not brew at all. Dealing with their customer service was like hitting yourself in the head with a brick.
