Made good coffee when it was working. leaked from bottom sometimes and then it just died,no power..Not worth the money to send it back. Buyer Beware!!!!!!

I will never buy a mr coffee product again. What a cheap piece of garbage. The first one lasted 6 wks and i thought surely i just had a lemon and the second one just died in about the exact same amount of time. And from what i see on the web, they have about a million angry customers to deal with. See you in the dumpster, Mr Crappy

Received as a Christmas gift. Love the features, but it quit brewing after exactly 102 days of use. Haven't contacted customer service yet, but have read numerous reviews (most having the same issue) saying that it costs more to ship than it's worth. Probably won't bother. Back to using our 10-year-old Gevalia freebie, which has started to leak intermittently, until I find something else. Leaning toward Cuisinart; I'll most certainly never waste my money on Mr Coffee. Couldn't be more disappointed.
